Well, I have gained some weight since I have been pretty sedentary with the knee so I kicked off my "healthy eating, weight watchers" kick today! Started the day off with a smoothie and then made some delicious Brussel Sprouts for lunch ... I am 43 years old and just tried Brussel Sprouts for the first time last week when Krista ordered them at dinner! She sent me a yummy recipe that calls for you to drizzle reduced balsamic vinegrette over them ... and I was impressed!
